What is Scrip?: Scrip is a no-selling, no-cost National fundraising program that has been newly adopted at SHS. Funds are raised when you purchase SCRIP cards (gift cards) to make everyday purchases. How is this possible? Participating merchants have contracted to refund a portion of your SCRIP card purchase to help us fundraise, at no-cost to you. You pay full face value for your SCRIP cards and redeem them at full face value (they work just like cash) - the fundraising earnings come only from the merchants, not out of your pocket! The Scrip program at SHS will:
